Betrayed by her destined savior, a princess awakens from magical slumber to pursue vengeance alongside a shapeshifting court mage.
Princess Rose spent a lifetime awaiting her eighteenth birthday, the moment prophecy promised would lift her curse. Darius, the man she trusted as her fated deliverer, instead condemned her to endless magical sleep. When fate drags her back to consciousness, she discards the script that failed her. She binds herself to Silas, a charismatic court mage whose shapeshifting lets him wear any face, and together they set out to settle accounts with every hand that pushed her into darkness.
