A hospital chairwoman's hidden gynecology shift erupts into violence when her son's fiancée attacks her over a syphilis diagnosis.
Cecilia Sterling helms a vast healthcare network yet insists on one anonymous day treating patients in a gynecology suite. That precaution collapses when her son Adrian drags his month-long fiancée Sophia into the very exam room for a maternal blessing. A positive secondary syphilis result detonates the meeting: Sophia and her mother Vanessa unleash a savage assault, stomping Cecilia's hand, destroying a phone, and binding her alongside intern Claire inside a supply closet. Adrian arrives to a fabricated narrative painting his mother as a deranged stranger, leaving Cecilia unconscious and Claire fighting to save her. The premise fuses corporate power with bodily vulnerability, asking what happens when the architect of a medical empire becomes a voiceless patient in her own facility.
