A new veterinarian accidentally neuters a stray puppy who transforms into the Alpha King, trapping her over the missing anatomy.
A licensed veterinarian's inaugural shift collapses into supernatural crisis when a rescued stray undergoes emergency tail amputation and neutering, only to shift into Alpha King Shawn, a towering werewolf ruler. He pins her against the operating table, insisting she retrieve the discarded tissue he identifies as his tail, while she reads wounded pride behind the demand. The premise mines high-stakes absurdity from a medical error that crosses species lines, trapping a human professional between career survival and the volatile ego of a monarch who holds her safety hostage over biological waste.
